Mack Randall Wallen, 76, of Dayton died Thursday, August 18, 2016 in Sherman.
Services for Mr. Wallen will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 22, 2016 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Blackburn officiating. Visitation will be Monday, 1:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. Graveside services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at the Masonic Cemetery in Del Rio, Texas.
Mack was born August 17, 1940 in Del Rio, Texas to parents, Michael and Cora Helen Chastain Wallen. He attended Del Rio High School and received an associate degree from San Jacinto College. He served in the US Navy and retired from Lubrizol Corp. Mack moved to Dayton in 1971 and was previously of Deer Park. He loved his family and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Don L. Wallen and his wife of 54 years, Mary “Ellen” Humphreys Wallen. He is survived by sons, Mark R. Wallen of Cleburne and Donald W. Wallen and wife Debra of Dayton; daughter, Lori A. Cohoon and husband Kevin of California; sister Peggy Love of Johnson City; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
