Lula Jean Noel

Lula Jean Noel, age 83 of New Caney, Texas, passed away Friday, August 26, 2016. She was born April 23, 1933 in Onalaska, Texas to parents August and Lorena Loyd who preceded her in death along with her husband, Paul Veazey; husband, Gene McCarty; brothers, Harold Pogue Lloyd and Jack R. Lloyd; sisters, Margarite Tipton and Patsy Jordon.

Survivors include her husband of 13 years, Charles Noel; sons, Russell Paul Veazey and wife Karon, Gary Robert Veazey and wife Belinda; step-son, Mike McCarty and wife Stacey; step-daughters, Shannon McCarty-Overstreet and husband Robert, Deborah Waggoner, Brenda Dobson and Sandra Noel; brother, Henry Louis Loyd and wife JoAnn; grandchildren, Gary James Veazey and wife Cori, Rachel Ann Veazey, Katy Lynn Barker and husband Michael, Rayne Veazey and Skylar Veazey, Ryan Overstreet, Patrick Overstreet, Reed Overstreet, Zachary McCarty, Mackenzie Tello and Michaela McCarty; great-grandchildren, Wilhemina and Logan Veazey, Nathan Ascheman and Kyler Barker, Aiden Tello; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Monday, August 29, 2016 at Bethel Baptist Church, New Caney, Texas. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at Bethel Baptist Church, New Caney, Texas. Interment will follow at Forest Park East, Webster, Texas.
