Loyd Albert Bunyard

Loyd Albert Bunyard, age 80 of Houston, Texas, passed away Friday, July 29, 2016. He was born November 22, 1935 in Shepherd, Texas to parents Leonard C. and Cordie Bunyard who preceded him in death along with his brothers, William, Coye and Carroll; sister, Thelma Faye; and step-sister, Lorane.

Survivors include his wife, Lilly Bunyard; daughter, Jo Cherie Rhoades; grandchildren, Master Sgt. Loyd A. Rhoades and wife Shari, Christopher P. Rhoades and Johnny Lee Rhoades; great-grandchildren, Savanna, Alyssa, Violet Cherie, Ciara, Jelly and Quinn; best friend of 50+ years, Sue Stepp; dogs, Misty, Bubba and Shyanne; numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Services will follow starting at 10:00 a.m., Saturday. Interment will follow at Montague Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.
