Lonnie Elridge Barnes, Sr.

Lonnie Elridge Barnes, Sr. of Coldspring, Texas passed away Saturday, February 8, 2020 at the age of 75. He was born November 1, 1944 at The Heights Hospital in Houston, Texas. Lonnie is preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie and Ludie Barnes; grandson, Joshua Kraemer; brother, Tommy Barnes; Sister, Sue Jones-Jaeger. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Dorothy “Dottie” Barnes; son, Lonnie Barnes, Jr.; daughter, Jodie Kraemer, and her husband, Alan, Denise Barnes-Nix; grandchildren, Kyle Barnes, Ashley Barnes; great grandchildren, Kyler Barnes, Kimber Barnes. Numerous other relatives and friends. Memorial Services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 14, 2020 at First Baptist Church 100 E.
