Lois Smith

Lois Ray Smith, age 93 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Sunday, March 27, 2016. She was born June 13, 1922 in Marque, Texas to parents Hugh Wesley Warner and Birdie Mae Warner-Spears who preceded her in death along with her husband, Henry; brothers, Cade and Travis; sisters, Faye and Glenn; grandchildren, Kelly and JV; and son, Kenneth Ray.

After Lois lost her beloved husband to a drunk driver, she raised their three boys whom she loved very much by herself. She loved God above all else.

Survivors include her sons, Jerry Lane Smith and wife Carol S. Smith-Martino, and Danny Joe Smith; fourteen grandchildren, thirty-seven great-grandchildren, numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 8, 2016 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, April 8, 2016 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at Cleveland Memorial Park, Cleveland, Texas.
