Linnie Beatrice Moreland

Linnie Beatrice Moreland, age 96, of Splendora, Texas, passed away Saturday, March 8, 2014, in Houston, Texas. Mrs. Moreland was born April 22, 1917, in Groveton, Texas, to parents John D. and Margaret Adeline Green Linton who preceded her in death. Survivors include her daughters, Ile Fae Reece, Jean Wells Byrd, and Janice Elanie Moore; son, Harlan Wells; son-in-law, Melvin Moore; daughter-in-law, Barbara Wells; grandchildren, Fae Reece, Rae Reece, James Reece, Christy Moore, Amy Lilly, Eric Byrd, Linnie Byrd, Terri Whitman, Dudley Adams, and Debbie Churchill; numerous great-grandchildren. Graveside service will be held Tuesday, March 11, 2014, 2:00 p.m. at Brookside Memorial Park, Houston, Texas.
