Lillian H. LaFrance Touchet, 91, of Liberty, went to be with our Lord and Savior, Saturday, July 27, 2013, in Saratoga. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 2, 2013, at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Guedry Cemetery in Batson. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. Lillian was born November 25, 1921 in Lake Charles, LA, to parents; Louie and Helen Hebert LaFrance, and was a former resident of Baytown. She was a retired café worker for Walker’s Café in Liberty after 40 years of employment. She also enjoyed crocheting, cooking, fishing, dancing, and spending time with her family. Mrs. Touchet was preceded in death by her father: Louie LaFrance, mother: Helen Hebert LaFrance, daughter: Betty Calhoun, son: Bill Wright, grandson: Zach Wright, granddaughter: Franceen Calhoun, three brothers, one sister, and three husbands: Pete Wright, Horace Lee Rockman, and E.B. Touchet. She is survived by her daughter: Michelle Lee Berotte of Baytown, 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 19 great great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
