Lenora Ailine Whitmire

Whitmire Lenora Ailine Whitmire, age 72 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2014. She was born January 7, 1942, in Livingston, Texas, to parents, Samuel K. Stanfield and Faye Gauldock. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, J.T. Whitmire; grandson, Richard Leon Whitmire, Jr.; and twin brother, Leon Stanfield. Survivors include her daughter, Beverly Evans; son, Richard Whitmire and wife Terri; brother, Sonny Stanfield; grandchildren, Gary Don Evans, Jr. and wife Kasey, Coryee Yancey and husband Keith, Jessica Haltom and husband Dylan, Amanda Thompson and husband Josh; great-grandchildren, Britain and Allie Evans, Dylan and Blake Yancey, Braelyn Powell and Drake Haltom, Lori and Hunter Thompson; and other family and friends. Visitation will be held Saturday, April 26, 2014, 10:00a.m.-3:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Brother Don Jones will preside over funeral services held Saturday, April 26, 2014, 3:00 p.m. at Pace Stancil Funeral Home with interment following at Oak Shade Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.
