Lawrence "Cute" Baldwin

Lawrence “Cute” Baldwin, 81, of Dayton, died Monday, January 3, 2011, at his residence in Dayton. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 7, 2011, at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Acie Cemetery in Dayton. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., Friday, at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. Lawrence was born November 29, 1929 in Dayton, to parents; Walter C. and Isabell Roberts Baldwin, and has resided in the Dayton area throughout his life. He was a retired maintenance worker for the Dayton ISD, member of the Labor International Local #18 of Baytown and the Local #313 of Houston, and attended the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. He also enjoyed hunting, auctions, working in his yard, and Bronco football. Mr. Baldwin was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, and sisters. He is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
