Larry Ray Walker

Larry R. “Strider” Walker, 59 years of age and a resident of Shepherd, Texas, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2013 at his home. He was born October 15, 1953 in Selma, Alabama. He is preceded in death by his mother Willa Dean Walker; brothers Roy and James Walker; and his mother-in-law Patricia R. Vickery. Survivors include his loving wife Stephenie A. Walker; daughters Sharon A. Frey and husband Donavan B. Frey, Leslie S. Willard and husband David Willard; sister Sue La Croix and husband Andre La Croix; grandchildren Dylan Frey, Makayla Frey, Sarah, Alice, and Jenny Willard; nephews Shane and Ryan; uncle and aunt Russel and Tami Vickery; and numerous other family members and friends who loved him. Family and friends will gather for visitation on Tuesday, March 19, 2013, 2:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Chapel in Cleveland, Texas.
