Kimberly Annette Payne

Kimberly Annette Smith Payne, 46, of Cleveland, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2019. She was born April 10, 1972 in Houston, Texas to parents, James Arthur Smith and Mary Ann Smith.

Service for Kimberly will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 15, 2019 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel with Jack Prentiss officiating. Interment will follow at Magnolia Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday evening at Pace-Stancil.

Kimberly had been a longtime resident of the Tarkington area. She enjoyed the outdoors and going camping. She was devoted to her family and was a loving wife and mother.

Kimberly was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 28 years William “Burt” Payne; her son, Hayden Payne; sisters, Kerri Wentworth and husband Keith and Karen Moore and husband Roy; nephews, James and Bradley; nieces, Nicole and Brittany, great nieces, Camryn, Jordan, and Brinlyn; great nephew, Landon; her dog, Sugar; also numerous other relatives and friends.
