Kevin Wayne Cowen

Kevin Wayne Cowen, age 55, of Cleveland, Texas passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2021. He was born March 23, 1966, in Jefferson County, Texas. He is preceded in death by his mother Charlotte Sue Cates .

Mr. Cowen was the assistant manager and manager of McCoys Lumber for 31 years.

Survivors include his father, Luther Ragan; sister, Heather Ragan and husband Cody; nephews, Daniel Ragan, Damian Harris, and Patrick Boyce; nieces, Christina Martinez, Lauren Harris, Britany Boyce, and Allye Langmeyer; best friend, Joe Munoz; along with numerous great-nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, December 2, 2021, at Bull Sallas Park, 21675 McCleskey Rd., New Caney, Texas 77357.
