Katie was born in Houston (Sharpstown), Texas on July 28, 1984 to William F. and Martha Diane Ballard Jr. Survivors include her husband, Terry Lee Moore; sons, Preston Dominyc Lee Moore, Jordan Ryan William Moore; parents, William and Martha Ballard; brother, William F. Ballard III; grandmother, JoAnn Ballard; great-grandmother, Violet Pate; father in-law, Michael Moore and wife, Karen; mother-in-law, Tina Shoemake and husband Michael; sisters-in-law, Stephanie, Heaven, Precious, Mara, and Stephanie Renee; brothers-in-law, Tracey, Shelby and Michael Jr.; aunts and uncles, Cheryl Frazier and husband John, Lynda, Angel, Lisa, Jay and Dale; nephews and nieces, Colten, Tracey Jr., John, Owen, Bruce, Kevin Jr., Sisily, Summer, Haliey, Mason, and Destiny; numerous other cherished family members and treasured friends. Bro. Matthew Andrew will preside over graveside services being held Tuesday, July 27, 2010, 11:00 a.m. at Pace Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas. Pallbearers include William Ballard III, Brandon Frazier, Brad Frazier, Shelby Moore, John Frazier, Michael Moore, and Michael Shoemake.
