Justin Taylor Gonzales, 20, of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2016, at the Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 31, 2016, at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Magnolia Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton.
Justin was born April 21, 1995 in Houston to parents; Jayson Calitine and Krystal Gonzales, and has been a lifelong resident of Dayton. He was a graduate of the Dayton High School, member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, and a Chef by trade. He also enjoyed fishing, cooking, the outdoors, and helping others.
Mr. Gonzales was preceded in death by his grandmother: Deborah Calitine. He is survived by his mother: Krystal Gonzales Knapp of Dayton, father: Jayson Calitine and wife Trisha Dickson of Kline, stepfather: Robert Knapp of Houston, brother: Kaleb Calitine of Florida, sisters: Sierra Lee Ivy and husband William of Killeen, Skye Knapp of Dayton, and Summer Knapp of Houston, grandparents: Stephanie Gonzales and Felix Gonzales, numerous aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.
