Julie Kaye Vandver

Julie Kaye Vandver, age 44, passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2019. She was born February 17, 1975 in Cleveland, Texas to Donald and Betty Hoagland. Julie was a lifelong resident of Tarkington, where she enjoyed working alongside her brothers Jack and Chris at the Ranch Hand Cafe. Her number one hobby was to hunt and fish with her family. Julie was outgoing and never met a stranger. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Carson and Vina Tanner; and paternal grandparents, Therman and Lettie Hoagland.

Survivors include her husband, Stephen Vandver; parents, Donald and Betty Hoagland; daughter, Carlie Vandver; son, Logan Vandver; brothers, Jack Stoneberger, and Chris Stoneberger and wife Tara; honorary parents, Bruce and Jean Hoagland; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m., Sunday, September 29, 2019 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas, officiated by Rev. A.V. Walters and Rev. Charles Burton.
