Judy Carolyn Rice

Judy Carolyn Rice, age 74 of Willis, Texas passed away Thursday, September 24, 2020. She was born November 16, 1945 in Beaumont, Texas to parents H.I. and Thelma Gibson Rushing who preceded her in death along with her siblings, John, Nancy, Rachel, Chety, and Charlie.

Survivors include her son, Reggie Rice; ex-husband, Carmen Rice; sister, Barbara Collis; sisters-in-law, Carolyn Rushing, Vannee Rushing, and Becky Arnold; brother-in-law, Rex Arnold; along with numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Oak Ridge Baptist Church, 500 E Oak Hill Dr, Spring, TX 77386 with services beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Brookside Cemetery, Houston, Texas.
