Juanita Vestal Moren Poole

Juanita Vestal Moren Poole, age 81, passed the morning of Saturday May 7, 2016 in Oak Ridge North, Texas while in the company of friends and family.

Juanita was born on February 21, 1935 in White City, San Augustine County, Texas to parents James Vestal and Eva Lena Lindsey Vestal.

Juanita was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Poole, and son, Charles “Bud” Moren; her parents, James and Eva Lena; sisters, Evelyn, Eva Lois, Geneva, Barbara & Sharon; and brother, JT Vestal.

Juanita was a pillar of faith and a cornerstone in all of the lives she touched. Juanita is survived by daughters Rita Moren of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Kathy Mays and husband Randy of Oak Ridge North, Texas; brothers Hubert Vestal and wife Karen of Navasota, Texas and Donald Vestal and wife Patsy of Spring, Texas; sisters Bettye Rhoden and husband Louis of New Caney, Texas and Jimmie Ruth King and husband James “Butch” of Moscow, Texas; grandchildren: Jocelyn Norman, Megan Wren, Carly Wiegand, Rachel Collier and Devyn Bickley; great-grandchildren: Madison Chris, Andera Wren, Brian Chris, Jr., Audrey Wren, Joan Collier and Jude Wiegand.

Services will be held on Thursday May 12, 2016 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas with Pastor Carl Williamson officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Calvary Baptist Church.
