John Robert Bailey

John Robert Bailey, age 85 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Thursday, November 24, 2016. He was born May 25, 1931 in New Waverly, Texas to parents John Wesley Bailey, Sr. and Pearlee Walker Bailey. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Virginia Wells Bailey; brother, John Wesley Bailey, Jr.; sisters, Arnetta Cline and Aubrey Downing; granddaughter, Angela Kate Primeaux; and nephews, Wesley Bailey and David Norris.

Survivors include his sons, James, Bobby, and Kenneth Primeaux; grandchildren, Michelle Rene Primeaux, Steven Michael Primeaux, Kirt Lynn Primeaux, Melissa Nicole Primeaux Bullock, James “Beau” Primeaux, and Johnathan Clayton Primeaux; nieces, Teresa Everitt and Cathy Lackey; nephews, Randall Bailey, Jerry Bailey, Ricky Ruiz, and James Norris, along with 16 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Monday, November 28, 2016 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at Cleveland Memorial Park, Cleveland, Texas.
