Dear Mr. John Asbury Reddin, a beloved retired heavy equipment operator, passed away on May 20, 2024, surrounded by his family in DeRidder, Louisiana. He was born on March 19, 1930, in Tinsman, Arkansas.
John was a dedicated individual who served in the US Navy and had a passion for fishing. He found solace in attending Grace Church in DeRidder and had previously been an active member of Community Christian Church in Dayton. Known for his love for the Lord and cherishing moments with his family, John touched the hearts of many.
He is survived by his loving wife Martha Faye Reddin, sons Randy Reddin (Marsha) and Kenny Reddin (Stephanie), daughter Raina Burns (Loyd), as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many more family members and friends.
John was preceded in death by his parents Henry Benton Reddin and Helen Alberta Grant Reddin, and his sister Rosie Kincheloe.
A Graveside Service to honor and remember John's life will be held on May 23, 2024, at Palms Memorial Park Cemetery in Dayton, Texas. The service will commence at 11:00 AM.
Mr. John Asbury Reddin will be deeply missed but forever remembered for his kind heart, steadfast faith, and the love he shared with all those around him. May he rest in eternal peace.
