John Eberle Burns, Jr.

John Eberle Burns, Jr. of New Caney, Texas passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at the age of 72. John was born November 5, 1950 in Union Town, PA to parents John Eberle Burns, Sr. and Dorothy (Shea) Burns both of whom preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife Judy King; son Kenny King and wife Ronda; grandchildren Kendra Stone and husband Casey; great-granddaughter Madison; sisters Brenda Bohn, Bonny Cole and Laura Cross; closest, longest friends Roger Mcgee, Rick Cicatello, JK Holmes, Heath Lucus, Nicole Sage, Jim Watts and Colt Carolan. John served his country in the US Army and is a Vietnam veteran. He worked for Continental Airlines as a flight attendant.

A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 4:30pm at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel in Cleveland, Texas. Immediately following the memorial, the family would like to invite everyone to a “Celebration of Life” at the Waterin’ Hole located at 23325 Owens Road Porter, Texas 77365
