Jesus "Jesse" Alberto Martinez

Jesus “Jesse” Alberto Martinez, 47, of Liberty, Texas passed away on August 20, 2020 in Redwood, Mississippi. He was born December 31, 1972 in Laredo, Texas to parents Martin Martinez Moreno and Maria Esther Saldivar Garza.

Jesse lived in Liberty for the past four years and was previously a resident of Baytown. He worked as a rigger/iron worker and owned his own animal rescue business, JK Rescue Horses. Jesse loves his family and enjoyed hunting and caring for his horses. He was close to his co-workers and was proud to be part of the “Brothers of the Hook”.

Jesse was preceded in death by his mother. He is survived by his wife, Krystn Martinez of Liberty; his father, Martin Martinez of Monterrey, Mexico; children, Jean-Paul (JP) Mathieu Martinez, Krystn Annale Martinez, Jacques Joseph (JJ) Martinez, Jesse Alexander (Ti J) Martinez, Jesus Alberto Martinez Gracia, Jael Alexander Gracia, Arely Elizabeth Martinez Gracia, Cristian Martinez Saucedo and Ximena Martinez Saucedo.

A celebration of life memorial will be held at the LDS Church in Liberty, Texas and another to be held with relatives in Louisiana with date and time to be determined.

Arrangements are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton.
