Jesse Wade Roberts

Jesse Wade Roberts, 41, of Liberty passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2019. He was born October 3, 1977 in Baytown, Texas to parents, Donald Glen Roberts and Sherri Lyn Taylor Roberts.

Services for Jesse will be 3:00 p.m., Friday, May 24, 2019 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Oakdale Cemetery in Daisetta. The family will receive friends 1:00 p.m. until service time at 3:00 p.m. on Friday at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home. Serving as pallbearers will be Donny Roberts, Brandon Taylor, Stanley Davis, David “Bubba” Crouthers, Jacob Taylor, and Paskel Thornton. Honorary pallbearers are Robbie Nance, Heath Allemang and Robert Allemang.

Jesse was a lifelong resident of the Liberty Area where he attended Liberty schools. He was a true outdoorsman that loved fishing and hunting. Jesse also enjoyed baseball and drawing pictures. He loved his family and being with his children. He had recently worked for GCGI Concrete.

Jesse was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jesse Taylor, J.W. Roberts, and Pearl Roberts; his sons, Jaron Roberts and Daron Roberts.

Jesse is survived by his mother, Sherri Hufford and husband Rodger; his father, Donnie Roberts and girlfriend Dana Stuart; daughters, Jaylon Roberts and Jordan Roberts; grandchildren, Coltyn, Reaghan, and Draydon; his girlfriend, Dusty Busceme; his grandmother, Nan Taylor; his brother, Donny Roberts and girlfriend Veronica Heard; his sisters, Amanda Taylor and husband Jake, Amy Pruitt and husband Dusty and Cindy Hufford; nieces, Haley, Hannah, Melissa, and Aubree; nephews, Brandon, Vandon, Coltyn, Wyatt, and Zane; also numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
