Jerry Cooper Barnett

Jerry Cooper Barnett, age 84 of Conroe, Texas, passed away Monday, April 25, 2016. He was born July 25, 1931 in Dallas, Texas to parents Arthur and Ruby Barnett who preceded him in death along with his wife, Jimmie Lee Barnett.

Survivors include his daughters, Shelley Estep and Janelle Short; sons, Keith A. Barnett and Larry D. Barnett; sisters, Margaret Hubbard and Peggy Overall; brother, Bob Adkins; grandchildren, Jeremy C. Burke, Chip Estep, Cody Barnett, Dillon Barnett and Nicholas Barnett; great-grandchildren, Clara M. Burke, Cooper J. Burke and Hannah Barnett; son-in-law, Charles Short; daughter-in-law, Chrissi Barnett; numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 28, 2016 at Center Hill Baptist Church, Oakhurst, Texas. Services will follow starting at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 28, 2016 at Center Hill Baptist Church, Oakhurst, Texas. Interment will follow at Center Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association Houston & Southeast Texas 6055 S. Loop East at Long Drive, Houston, TX 77087.
