Jeremy Paul Aalto, 45, of Dayton, died Monday, April 27, 2015, at the San Jacinto Methodist Hospital in Baytown. Memorial services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Friday, May 1, 2015, vat the Eastgate Church with services concluding thereafter. Arrangements are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. Jeremy was born July 8, 1969 in Tacoma, Washington, to parents; George and Ronda Erickson Aalto, a former resident of San Antonio, and has resided in the Dayton area for the past seven years. He was a graduate of the Madison High School class of 1987 and attended St. Phillips College. He volunteered for Goodwill, Lighthouse for the Blind, and the Dayton public library. Jeremy also enjoyed reading, puzzles, and television programs. Mr. Aalto was preceded in death by his grandparents and aunt: Helen Saunders. He is survived by his mother: Ronda Erickson Dowdy of Dayton, father: George Aalto of San Antonio, sisters: Rebecca Aalto of san Antonio and Victoria Tenorio and husband David of Dayton, aunts and uncles: John Aalto, Mary Ann Aalto, Helga McGreal, Clayton Erickson, Shirleen Ropicky, Muriel Mulligan, and Mark Erickson, nephew: Jonathan Cain, niece: Annabel Tenorio, and numerous other relatives, and friends.
