Jerald Wayne Everett

Jerald Wayne Everett, age 57 and a resident of Splendora, Texas, passed away Sunday, September 15, 2013. He was born in Houston, Texas in 1956 to parents Sgt. J.C. Everett and Ora Lois Casper Everett who preceded him in death along with his sister-in-law Jo Ann Everett. Jerald had a passion for fishing, hunting, and especially old westerns. He was a devoted son, loving father and grandfather and a steadfast brother and friend. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Survivors include his Children Melissa Everett and fiancé Christopher, Jamie Rooks and husband Willie, Jacob Everett and wife Shawna, Katie Dement and husband Daniel. His Grandchildren Lycia Arreola, Lacy Everett, Wayne Everett, Corbin Everett. His Great-Grandchildren Kadon Arreola, Jareth Arreola, Lyla Arreola. His Sister Patsy Casey and husband Mac. His Brothers Joe Everett, Jay Everett and wife Sandy, Ernie Everett and wife Brenda. And numerous nieces, nephews and other cherished family members and faithful friends throughout the years. His devoted K-9 friend and pal “Buddy”. Pastor Nick Vann will preside over a graveside service being held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at Big Creek Cemetery, Shepherd, Texas.
