Jeffery Carrol Heath

Jeffery Carrol Heath, age 54 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2016. He was born March 30, 1962 in Jesup, Georgia to parents Robert and Sarah Lee Heath who preceded him in death along with his brothers, Jerome and Joey Heath; and granddaughter, Brooklyn Nicole Johnson.

Survivors include his wife, Tonya Renee Heath; sons, Jason Carrol Johnson and David Wayne Heath; sister, Deborah Elizabeth Moore; grandchildren, Dylan, Cody, Lindsey and Noah Johnson, Cole and Hailey Heath; numerous other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 30, 2016 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas.
