J.B. "Boots" Turner

J.B. “Boots” Turner, age 84, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2011. He was born in Cleveland (Magnolia Community), Texas on June 11, 1926 to James Gibson and Tessie Turner who preceded him in death along with his wife, Bernice Turner; brother, William Turner; and his granddaughter, Naomi Turner. Survivors include his sons, Jimmy Turner, Gene Turner; daughters-in-laws, Dorothy Turner and Carol Turner; sister, Williebeth Alexander; brothers, Duck Turner and Dobber Turner; grandchildren, Heith, Keith and Wendy, Jay and wife, Shona, Bo, and Richey; great-grandchildren, Bethany and Ashley; numerous other cherished family members and faithful friends. Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 13, 2011, 5:00-9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Bro. Carl Williamson will preside over graveside services being held Thursday, April 14, 2011, 10:00 a.m. at Bear Creek Cemetery, Cleveland (Bear Creek Community), Texas.
