Janet Elaine Hatfield

Janet “Jan” Elaine Hatfield, age 72, of Coldspring, Texas, passed away Sunday, March 23, 2014. She was born January 3, 1942, in Greenville, Pennsylvania to Wilbar and Helen McCormick who preceded her in death. Survivors include daughters, Sherry Ethridge and Kari Nelson; grandchildren, Bonnie Owens and husband, Dustin Owens; Jeremy Rash and wife Amber; and Jarred Ethridge; grandson, Jeremiah Owens; numerous other cherished family members and friends. Visitation will be from 5:00-9:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 26, 2014, at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Coldspring, Texas. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 27, 2014, 3:00 p.m. at Coldspring United Methodist Church, Coldspring, Texas, with Rev. David Green officiating. Interment will be Friday, March 28, 2014, 9:00 a.m., at Houston National Cemetery, Houston, Texas.
