James Morgan Coogler, age 63, of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Saturday, July 28, 2012. His was born in Livingston, Texas on October 28, 1948 to James Douglas and Ethelene Pinder Coogler. His is preceded in death by his parents and Kenneth Wayne and Jon Marcus Coogler. He is survived by his wife, Emma Jackson Coogler; daughter, Angela K. Malone and husband, George; sons, Doug Coogler and wife, Cynthia, James E. Coogler, Winfred Owens and wife, Christle, Tommie and Michael Owens; sisters, Mary Jane Hairgrov and husband, Mike, Meredith Smith and husband, Wayne; brothers, Danny Coogler and wife, Kathy, Dennis Coogler and wife, Laurie; Twelve grandchildren, one great- grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews and other cherished family members and friends beyond measure. Visitation will be Tuesday, July 31, 2012, 6:00-9:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church, New Caney, Texas, Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 01, 2012, 10:30 a.m. at First Baptist Church, New Caney, Texas, Interment at Farley Chapel Cemetery, Shepherd, Texas.
