James "Jimmy" Rush

James “Jimmy” Edward Rush, age 74 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Tuesday, January 10, 2017. He was born March 24, 1942 in Tarkington Prairie, Texas to parents Cedric Woods and Hazel Rush who preceded him in death along with his daughter, Janice Rush.

Survivors include his wife, Emma Rush; daughter, Judy Lewis and husband Joe; sons, Kevin Rush and wife Kathleen and John Rush and wife Laurie; brother, Wesley McMillan; grandchildren, James Rush, Justin Rush, Camron Rush, Kendal Rush, Jr Lewis, Xavier Lewis and Amira Lewis; great-grandchildren, Dawson Rush, Cassie Rush, Jayden Rush, Jayna Rush, Jarrett Rush, and Joseph Lewis, III.; numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon, Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Services will follow starting at 12:00 noon, Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at McGinnis Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas.
