James Edward Robison, age 58, of Coldspring, Texas, passed away Monday, January 30, 2012 at his residence. He was born September 16, 1953 in Cleveland, Texas to parents J.B. and Nelda Ruth Robison who preceded him in death along with his grandparents Jim and Pearl Robison and Thomas and Ruth Haggard.
Survivors include his wife, Catherine A. Robison; daughter Catherine L. Robison and fiancé Terry Jones; sons Joseph R. Robison and Beth, Jim B. Robison and Laura, Samuel Robison and Heather; sisters Marion Barbee and husband William of Centerville, TX, Elaine Lippard of Arkansas, Ruth Brown and husband Bobby of Centerville, TX, Darlene Alexander and husband Chester of Cleveland, TX, Charlene Cole of Centerville, TX, Nelda Cawood and husband Daniel of Coldspring, TX, Terri Lynn Gilmore of Centerville, TX; brothers, Rayford Robison and wife Barbara of Splendora, TX, Joseph Robinson of Centerville, TX; grandchildren Tyler, Dually, Morgan, Raven, Heath, Grey, Cody, Cole, Caleb, and Pierce; Uncle, Red Robison of Houston, TX; Aunt Helen Haggard, Athen, TX, Aunt Milba Lee Sewell, Evergreen, TX, Aunt Joyce Brown, Elkhart, of Texas, Aunt Mary Richnow of Dickenson, TX; numerous nieces, nephews and other cherished family members and treasured friends.
The family will welcome friends for visitation being held Wednesday, February 1, 2012, 5:00-9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas.
