James Earl “Little Jimmy” “Grand Paw Knobloch” Knobloch, 84, of New Caney, Texas, died Wednesday August 27, 2014 at Icon Hospital in Humble, Texas. “Little Jimmy” was born November 9, 1929 in Bessemer, Jefferson County, Alabama to his parents, Robert J. and Annie Watkins Knobloch. Mr. Knobloch was a minister of the gospel, a self-employed carpenter and had retired. Mr. Knobloch was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Annie Knobloch; a son, James Edward Knobloch, as well as, two brothers and 3 sisters. Service for Mr. Knobloch will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday August 30, 2014 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home Chapel at 303 Crockett in Cleveland, Texas with Bro. Glen Mead and Bro. Dale Patton officiating. Interment will follow at Cleveland Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m.-9:00p.m., Friday, August 29 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland. James is survived by his wife, Louise M. Adams Knobloch; daughter, Kathaleen Whaley; sons, Tom Knobloch and wife Diane, Larry Knobloch and wife Bobbie, Don Knobloch and wife Tricia and Marvin Knobloch and wife Dianne, Daughter-in-law Melba Knobloch; Grandchildren, Eshelle Bales, Charo Roberts, Brandi Roth, Julie Perego, Jason Knobloch, Jason Smith, Priscilla Martin, Brandi Whaley, Tommy Whaley, Jennifer Wainscott, David Knobloch, Joey, Knobloch, Amanda Pettus, Andy Knobloch, Mike Knobloch, Mallory Prince, Derek Knobloch and 29 great grandchildren.
