James Avery Langdon

James Avery Langdon, 43, of Pasadena, Texas, passed away in Houston, Texas.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 30, 2017, at the Old Waverly Cemetery in New Waverly, Texas, with burial following thereafter. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Cleveland, Texas.

James "Jamie" was born October 10, 1973, in Houston, to parents; Ronald and Judy Langdon, and has been a lifelong resident of Pasadena. He was a former boilermaker, recently self-employed. He enjoyed motorcycles, fishing, camping, and going to the beach.

Mr. Langdon was preceded in death by his mother: Judy K. Hendren Langdon and brother: John Eric Langdon. He is survived by his daughter: Danielle Langdon Perkins, father: Ron Langdon, sisters: Angela Langdon, Marsha Nowlin and husband Tim, and Melinda McKewen and husband Jeremy, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Pallbearers include Freddy Estrada, Joshua Estrada, Brandon Estrada, Ethan Kuykendall, Eric Nowlin and Tim Nowlin.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested Memorial contributions for James "Jamie" Avery Langdon as an expression of sympathy to be made to the Old Waverly Cemetery Trustee Fund. The exact location is to be announced.

The family has requested casual attire for the service, which will be followed by a memorial gathering at the location below:
