Jack B. “Paw Paw†Cleveland, Jr., 69, of Hardin, died Friday, January 10, 2014, at the Liberty-Dayton Community Hospital in Liberty. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 15, 2014, at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Palms Memorial Park Cemetery in Dayton. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday, at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. Jack was born September 9, 1944 in Beaumont, to parents; Jack B., Sr. and Addie Bellow Cleveland, a former resident of Beaumont, and has resided in Hardin for the past 16 years. He was a graduate of the French High School class of 1962, veteran of the US Navy with service during Vietnam, a retired salesman, and former Wal-Mart greeter. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Mr. Cleveland was preceded in death by his father: Jack B. Cleveland, Sr., mother: Addie Bellow Cleveland, and wife of 42 years: Alice Murphy Cleveland. He is survived by his children: Dawn Cleveland of Port Neches, Klarissa Cleveland of OK, Jack B. Cleveland, III of Lumberton, Misstie Wilcox and husband Greg of Hardin, Mandi Stephens of Hardin, and Melissa Knight and James Silk of AL, 12 grandchildren, and numerous other relatives, and friends.
