Helen V. Turner

Helen V. Turner, age 92, a lifetime resident of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Friday, February 17, 2012 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. She was born in Sugar Town, Louisiana on October 2, 1919 to parents Ernest LaSha and Bertha May Sesson LaSha who preceded her in death.
Survivors include her daughter Elaine Reed; son Ronald Turner and wife Marilyn; sister Mable Ann Guyner; granddaughter Kimberly Turner, Lisa Gregory and Derrick, Chris Reed and wife Michelle, Tim Reed; great-grandchildren Madelyn Gregory, Colton Gregory, Rowan Gregory, Rebecca Reed, and Jackson Reed; ten nephews, nine nieces, and a host of faithful friends throughout the years.
Visitation will be Monday, February 20, 2012, 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Bro. Charles Murphy will preside over funeral services being held Monday, February 20, 2012, 2:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas with interment following at Pace-Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens.
