Helen Louise Little

Helen Louise Little was born in Garvin, Oklahoma to parents, Harvey Whisenhunt and Omie Capps Whisenhunt on December 7, 1931. Helen went to her Heavenly Home on May 14, 2022 in Houston, Texas at the age of 90. She worked for years as a cafeteria worker for different school districts, she enjoyed sewing and was a great seamstress, and also worked for Foleys. Helen lived in Coldspring for 25 years. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with all of them. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Omie Whisenhunt; husband, Nuel Little; brothers, Wayne Whisenhunt and Donald Whisenhunt; sister, Audrey Spanhanks. She is survived by her sons, Eddie Little and wife Debra, and Greg Little and wife Debbie; brother, J.W. Whisenhunt and wife Mary; grandchildren, Lauren Place and husband Collin, and Stephen Little; great grandchildren, Chad Parker, Jackson Place, Audrey Hernandez, and Aidan Hernandez. Visitation will be at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 from 5-8pm. Funeral Service is scheduled for Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 10am in the Pace-Stancil Chapel with Pastor Steve Allen officiating. Burial will follow in the Pace-Stancil Memorial Rest Garden Cemetery. Pallbearers for the service will be, Collin Place, Chad Parker, Stephen Little, William Ridings, Jared Hernandez, and Estevan Hernandez.
