Hazel Byars

Hazel Erline Byars, age 87, of Winnie, Texas, passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2011. She was born January 16, 1923 in Duncan, Oklahoma to James and Hazel Woodard who preceded her in death along with her husband, James Leonard “Scrappy” Byars and her sister, Mary Nell Robertson. She leaves behind her daughter, Linda Gayle Clary; sons, Emmett Earl Byars and Larry Don Byars; nine grandchildren, countless great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. Graveside services will be held Saturday, January 15, 2011, 3:30 p.m. at Cleveland Memorial Park Cemetery Pavilion, Cleveland, Texas.
