Hattie Jeanette Kelley passed away leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and cherished memories that will be treasured by her family and friends.

Hattie is survived by her children, sons Billy Joe Kelley and his wife, Vivian Brewster Kelley; Donnie Joe Kelley and his wife, Christian Kelley; and daughter Sunshine Kelley.

She is also remembered by her beloved siblings, including brothers James “Jim” Chapman; Randolph “Jockey” Chapman and his wife, Maragret Chapman; Truman Chapman and his wife, Linda Chapman; and her sister, Betty Lou Thornton.

Her nieces and nephews hold her memory close, including Betty Jean Hanks and her husband, Andy Hanks; Johnny Chapman and his wife, Michelle Chapman; Frank Chapman; Millard E. Chapman and his wife, Joann Warden; Jolene Chapman; Patrick G. Chapman Jr.; Steven Connor and his wife, Michelle Connor; Jason Chapman and his wife, Connie Chapman; Randy “Bobo” Chapman and Angela Chapman; Kemberly Diane Thornton-Nielsen; Linda Bullock Chapman; Theresa Cole Chapman; Ranee Thompson and her husband, Paul Thompson; Terri Whitmire and her husband, Richard Whitmire; Sherri Payne and her husband, Brian Payne; Melba Ann Quintanilla and her husband, Juan Quintanilla; Tammy Chapman; Misty Chapman; Misty Lynn Pratt and her husband, Walter Pratt; Dawn Renae Blackerby and her husband, Ed Blackerby; Shannon Thornton and his wife, Debbie Thornton; Michael Lee Brantley; Jerry Lee Brantley; and David Wayne Brantley.

She was the proud grandmother of Samantha Woods and her husband, Conner Woods; Joseph “Joe Joe” Kelley and his wife, Devynn Kelley; David “Goobie” Kelley; Landon McKeand; Shyanne McKeand; Patience Day; Billie Meadors; Arielle Kelley; Kassondra Taylor Kelley; Colton “Dakota” Taylor Kelley; Donniven “River” Kelley; Derringer “Rayne” Kelley; and Delainey “Reese” Kelley, as well as eight great-grandchildren. Additionally, she leaves behind numerous great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, and friends who will miss her dearly.

Hattie is reunited with her beloved husband, William Joseph Kelley; her parents, Millard Fillmore Chapman, Jr., and Hattie Chapman; her brothers, Patrick “Pat” Chapman, William “Ed” Chapman, Douglas “Doug” Chapman and his wife, Jerri Chapman, and Millard “Bo” Chapman; her nephew, Paul Hvamstad; nieces Michele Lynn Wilborn and Louetta Elizabeth Chapman; sisters-in-law Jani Chapman, Nancy Vandever, Patricia Ann Brantley and her husband, Earnest Lee Brantley; brothers-in-law David Kelley and Michael Kelley; mother-in-law Geraldine Kelley; father-in-law Donald Kelley; and son-in-law Josh McKeand.

Hattie Jeanette Kelley will forever be loved and missed by her family and friends, who cherish the many wonderful memories they shared with her. Her family takes comfort knowing she is reunited with her beloved husband and loved ones who passed before her.

Services for Hattie will be held in the Pace-Stancil Chapel in Cleveland, Texas on Saturday, November 16th with visitation from 10am-11am and memorial service beginning at 11am.
