Glen Allen Harris

Glen Allen Harris, age 93 of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Friday, December 20, 2019. He was born June 3, 1926 in Sarepta, Mississippi to parents William Allen and Leila Annice Harris who preceded him in death along with his wife, Betty Harris; wife, Doris Holloway; and brother, Bill Harris.

Glen was the past master of the Tarkington Prairie Masonic Lodge. He was also an avid hunter and an expert sharp shooter. He enjoyed hunting and shooting skeet. In his later years, Glen found enjoyment sitting in front of the fire with his beloved dog Mollie.

He is survived by his sons, Mike Harris and wife Donita, and Tommy Harris; daughter, Diane Farrish and husband John; grandchildren, Mark Harris and Robert Northam, Todd Farrish, Lisa Jackson and husband Terry, Kristi Baños, Michael Harris and wife Ann; dog, Mollie; eight great-grandchildren, ten great great-grandchildren and one on the way, along with numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Sunday, December 22, 2019 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 23, 2019 at Pace Stancil Chapel, Cleveland, Texas. Interment will follow at Montague Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association or charity of your choice.
