Gladys Louise Powell

Gladys “GG” Louise Powell, age 91, of Alto, Texas, passed away, June 27, 2012 in Lufkin, Texas. She was born January 12, 1921 in Fostoria, Texas to parents George and Mamie Enloe who preceded her in death along with her husband Lewis I. Powell; daughter Peggy Jean Chumley; brothers Lawrence Enloe and Glen Enloe; sisters Ophelia Evans and Thelma “Dutch” Gingles. Bro. David Jingles will preside over graveside services being held Thursday, June 28, 2012, 3:00 p.m. at Montague Cemetery, Cleveland, Texas. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law Sandra and James Reider; granddaughter and husband Brandy and David Abney; great-grandsons Tyler and Jaxson; grandson and wife Bart and Jennifer Reider; great-grandson D.J.; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other cherished family members and faithful friends throughout the years.
