Gerald \\"Danny\\" Phillip Seymour, 69, of Cleveland, died Saturday, November 8, 2014, at the Liberty-Dayton Regional Medical Center in Liberty.Memorial services were held Tuesday, November 11, 2014, at the New Rebecca Church in Cleveland, Texas with fellowship afterwards at the family home. Arrangements are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton.Danny was born May 21, 1945 in Blakely, Pennsylvania, native of Galeton, Pennsylvania, and has resided in Cleveland for the past 33 years. He was a veteran of the US Navy, a carpenter by trade, former music director for Harmony Church, and a member of the New Rebecca Church. He also enjoyed playing gospel music on his guitar and wood working.Mr. Seymour was preceded in death by his father: Gerald Phillip Seymour, mother: Pearl A. Delgrosso and husband George, and brothers: Arthur Seymour and Bruce Seymour. He is survived by his wife of 46 years: Jennifer Elliott Seymour of Cleveland, daughters: Lisa I. Howell and husband Timothy of Pasadena and April M. Dagle and husband Bull of Batson, son: Daniel Shane Seymour and Tami of Cleveland, brothers: Mark Delgrosso, Greg Delgrosso, Vince Delgrosso, and Jerry Seymour, sisters: Geraldine Smith, Beverly Cooper, Genevieve Fuller, and Marie Geeting, eight grandchildren: Johnathan, Dustin, Zakary, Russell, Adam, Amy, Matthew, and Tyler, one great-grandchild: Addlynn and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.Leave your thoughts and memories for the family in the guestbook at www.pacestancil.com
