George Stephen Bennevendo

George Stephen Bennevendo Jr., 67, of Jacksonville, TX, passed away Sun. July 21, 2013. George was born in Houston, Texas on March 08, 1946. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving in the Vietnam War. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. Survivors include his Loving Wife; Wanda Bennevendo, Son William Thomas “Billy” Bennevendo and wife Suzanne of Baytown, TX; Step-son Kenneth Redden and wife Julie of Frankston, TX; Step-Daughters Rachel Trichell and Husband Damon of Newburg, In, Kim Mosley of Bastrop, LA; Brother Guy Griffin of Houston, TX; Sister Sandra Jean Griffin of Coldspring, TX; Grandchildren Traci Lynn Bennevendo of San Antonio, TX, Kaitlyn Leann Bennevendo of Baytown, TX, Step-Grandchildren; Seanna and Skyler Golden of Newburg, IN, Lydia and Aaron Trichell of Newburg, IN, Camilla Dawn Mosley of Bastrop, LA, Deaven Lee Redden of Bastrop, LA, Matthew, Jessica and Katie Rettig of Biloxi, MS. Numerous nieces, nephews and other cherished family members and treasured friends throughout the years. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 24, 2013 5-9pm at Pace Stancil Funeral Home Cleveland, Texas. Bro. Glenn Mead will preside over graveside services being held Thursday, July 25, 2013, 11:15 a.m. Houston National Cemetery, Houston, Texas.
