Freeman L. Lee, age 77, of Shepherd, Texas, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at Kingwood Medical Center.          The family will welcome family and friends for visitation on Friday, October 21, 2011, 5:00-9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas.  Bro. Troy Brooks will preside over funeral services being held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Pace-Stancil Chapel.  Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Davis Cemetery, Kirbyville, Texas.  Pallbearers include Wesley Hoglund, Gary Stone, Billy Watts, James Bogany, Homer Bullock, Clint Bullock, Charles Bullock, and Jimmy Stephens Jr.; honorary pallbearers include Jimmy Stephens, Eric Hoglund, Curtis Lee, and Norman Stone.          Freeman Lee was born August 9, 1934 in Dolen, Texas to parents, Ira A. and Mary Elizabeth Lee who preceded him in death along with his brothers, Calvin H. Lee and Ocie A. Lee; sister, Dorothy Lee Runyon; an infant baby son; and his aunt, Lena S. Lehnis.          He served our country during the Korean War in the United States Marines.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing; he found great joy in spending time with his family and friends.  His family was the light of his life, he will be remembered lovingly.          Survivors include his loving wife of 52 years, JoAnn Stone Lee of Shepherd, Texas; daughters, Pamela Lee Horton and husband, Leroy of Woodville, Texas, Lisa Lee Tejcek of The Woodlands, Texas; son, Michael Freeman Lee and wife, Leslie of Madisonville, Texas; son-in-law, Rusty A. Tejcek of Montgomery, Texas; sisters, Bess Franklin of Lampasas, Texas, Ann Lee Hoglund and husband Eric of Birmingham, Alabama; grandchildren, Dustin Lee Tejcek and wife, Ashlie of Montgomery, Texas, Brandey Tejcek Porter and husband, Chad of The Woodlands, Texas, Paul A. Sekulich of Oklahoma, Joshua F. Aarons of Woodville, Texas, Tiffany A. Lee of Madisonville, Texas, Landri M. Lee of Madisonville, Texas; great-grandchildren, Blain, Drake and Cole; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other cherished family members and faithful friends.
