Frank Edward Cramer, Jr.

Frank “Frankey, Sugar Bear” Edward Cramer, Jr., 51, of Dayton passed away Friday, September 18, 2015 at Memorial Hermann Hospital Southeast. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, September 24, 2015 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home with burial following at Magnolia Park Cemetery in Dayton. Visitation will take place from 5 pm to 8 pm on Wednesday, September 23 at the funeral home at 1304 N. Cleveland St. in Dayton. A celebration of Frankey’s life will be held at the Kenefick Civic Center following the burial. Frank was born September 15, 1964 in Pasadena, TX to parents Frank Edward and Rebecca Bailey Cramer. He was former resident of Sheldon and resided in Dayton for 19 years. He was a graduate of the 1982 class of C.E. King High School and attended San Jacinto Community College. He was a dispatcher for Naegeli Transportation. He held membership at Dyersdale Baptist Church and assisted with the Dayton High School Band Boosters. He also enjoyed woodworking, playing golf, performing magic, watching sports, and spending time with his family. Mr. Cramer is survived by: his daughter, Heather Cramer Maak and husband Brooks of Spring; sons, Garrett Edward Cramer of Denton and Jarred Evan Cramer of Dayton; father, Frank E. Cramer, Sr. and wife Kathy of Sheldon; mother, Rebecca Bailey George and husband Nathaniel of Pasadena; sisters, Kristi Cramer Dyson and husband Eddie of Dayton and Jennifer Lee and husband Trubon of New Caney; brother, Gary Wayne Cramer and wife Kristi of Colorado; mother of his children, Derinda Cramer Frye of Dayton; in-laws, Greg and Kathy Seals of Dayton; close friend, Liz Whitlow of League City; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
