Frank Allen Strickland, 60, of New Waverly, Texas went to be with the Lord Friday, April 25, 2014. He was born May 22, 1953 to parents, Frank Lamar Strickland and Lois Katherine Dockery. Service for Frank will be 3:00 p.m., Friday, May 2, 2014 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel, Coldspring with Pastor Carl Williamson officiating. Visitation will be 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., Thursday, May 1, 2014 at the funeral home. Interment will be at Hold and Rise for Jesus Cemetery, Pine Valley, Texas. Mr. Strickland was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Kenneth Lamar Strickland. He is survived by his sisters; Diane Pemberton and husband Cole, Brenda Mendola, Barbara Squier, Louise Holder and husband Charles, and Kathy Risner and husband Richard; twelve nieces and nephews; eighteen great nieces and nephews, and five great-great nieces and nephews.
