Frances Marie Hudson Vsetecka, 76, of Dayton passed into eternal life, Friday January 1, 2016 in Houston, Texas, encompassed by her family. Frances was born October 15, 1939 in Carthage, Panola County, Texas to her parents, Walter Jeff and Juanita Lovil Hudson.
Local services for Mrs. Vsetecka will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at Pace Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. Pastor Mike Chadwick will officiate. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday January 4, 2016 at Pace-Stancil funeral Home in Dayton. Visitation in Carthage, will beheld at Hawthorn Funeral Home, Thursday January 7, 2016, 12:00 (noon) until 2:00 p.m. Service in Carthage, Texas will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday January 7, 2016 at Hawthorn Funeral Home, 307 West Wellington Street, Carthage, TX, 75633. Pastor Rodger Cole officiating. Pallbearers will be:
Frances was preceded in death by her parents: Walter and Juanita Hudson and her brother: Billy Walter Hudson.
Mrs. Vsetecka was a graduate of Carthage High School, she attended Kilgore College , as well as University of Texas-Arlington. Fran was a caseworker for the state of Texas until her retirement and was a member of First Baptist Church in Dayton. Mrs. Vsetecka had resided in Dayton for 20 years. She loved working with appliques, sewing and painting. Fran also loved to retell stories about her children and grandchildren. Frances will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Fran is survived by her husband, of 37 years; Richard Vsetecka of Dayton; Daughters: Walta Dannette Campbell, Anita Dell Liddell and husband Mike of Dayton And Kimberly Fay Vsetecka, Son: Wesley Jay Campbell and wife Christy; Sisters: Nancy Hooker and husband Pike, Tammye Hudson; Brothers: Lovil Hudson and wife, Brenda, Jerry Bubba Hudson and wife, Terri; Grandchildren: James Jeffrey Liddell, Brooke Hickson, Brice Campbell, Alyssa Campbell, Cole Campbell, Kelsey Curry, Kendal Curry, Kelby Thompson, Kailin Oliver; Great-grandchildren: Gunner Davis, Kinlee Williams, Madison Hickson and Destinee Hickson; Numerous nieces and nephews, Other relatives and friends

In Lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation in Houston.
