Frances V. Luster Riley, 88, of Alvin, died Saturday, December 14, 2013, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 18, 2013, at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Magnolia Park Cemetery in Dayton. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday, at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. Frances was born May 17, 1925 in Dallas, to parents; Marvin and Emma Maxwell Luster, a former resident of New Mexico, and has resided in Alvin for the past 25 years. She was a retired beautician and member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She also enjoyed embroidery, crocheting, reading, and gardening. Mrs. Riley was preceded in death by her father: Marvin Luster, mother: Emma Maxwell Luster, husband: Wilferd D. “Man†Riley, daughter: Sandra Randazzo, son-in-law: Gary Holley, two sisters, and six brothers. She is survived by her daughter: Linda Holley of Alvin, brother: Marvin Luster of OK, sister: Mary Kate Pickens of OK, grandchildren: Michael Caudill, E. D. “Dee†Caudill, Scott Pierce, and David Pierce, 14 great-grandchildren, 16 great great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
