Floyd Lewis

Floyd Lewis, age 84 and a resident of Cleveland, Texas, passed away Saturday, January 04, 2014. He was born July 20, 1929 in Dayton, Texas to parents, Edd and Allie Lewis who preceded him in death along with his wife, Maurine Lewis; brothers, Sterling Lewis, Charlie Lewis, Edrie “Bully” Lewis, and Lloyd Lewis; and his sister, Nona Mae Lee. Survivors include his son, Randy Lewis and wife, Kim; daughter, Terrie Herron and husband Monty; brother, William “Mutt” Lewis and wife Jean; sisters, Louise McClelland and husband Max, Anna Culbertson and husband Leon, and Frances Koen; grandchildren, Starrla Mundt and husband Scott, Donna Lewis and Rich Richardson, Randy Lewis, Jr. and wife Cassie, James T. Lummus II and wife Kara, and Brandon Burts; great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Paige, Landon, Coltin, Cody, Cristlyn, Kory, Kadi, Addie and Briley; numerous other treasured family members and faithful friends. Visitation will be held Friday, January 10, 2014, 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home, Cleveland, Texas. Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 11, 2014, 10:00 a.m. at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel, Cleveland, Texas, with Rev. Larry Dean and Rev. Wayne Landrum presiding. Interment will follow at Pace-Stancil Memorial Rest Gardens. Pallbearers include Randy Lewis, Monty Herron, Randy Lewis, Jr., Scott Mundt, Brandon Burts and James T. Lummus II. Honorary pallbearers include Carl Kirkham, John Benoit, Jim Haltom, Macon Placker, Michael Lott, Mark Koen, and Tom Lummus.
