Ezoline Frances Hunter, 70, of Dayton passed away Wednesday, November 5, 2014 in Beaumont, Texas. She was born October 4, 1944 in Golden Meadow, Louisiana to parents Mayfield and Georgina Verdin. Mrs. Hunter had lived in Dayton for only one month after moving from Alabama. Mrs. Hunter was a homemaker and a member of the Catholic Church. Francis earned her high school diploma from Lafourche High School. She loved baking, cooking, sewing and tending her flower beds and plants. Francis had lived in Dayton for only one month after moving from Alabama.Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Monday, November 10, 2014 at Pace-Stancil Funeral Home with Rosary at 6:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Dayton. Interment will follow at Magnolia Park Cemetery.Mrs. Hunter was preceded in death by: Her parents, Mayfield and Georgina Verdin; Sister, Ezola Verdin; Brothers.
