Erik Brondell Boriths

Erik Brondell Boriths, 26, of Mt. Belvieu, died Sunday, November 13, 2011, in Crosby. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November 17, 2011, at the Pace-Stancil Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at the Cooke Memorial Cemetery in Liberty. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., Wednesday, at the funeral home. Services are under the direction of Pace-Stancil Funeral Home in Dayton. Erik was born May 28, 1985 in Bryan/College Station, to parents; Jorgen Brondell Boriths and Debbie Sue Henderson, and has resided in the Mt. Belvieu area throughout his life. He was a 2004 graduate of the Barbers Hill High School, attained numerous college accreditations, and was employed by LyondellBasell as an operator. He also enjoyed playing golf, hunting, fishing, watching football and baseball, but nothing more than spending time with his son. Mr. Boriths was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents. He is survived by his son: Landen Brondell Boriths of Mt. Belvieu, mother: Debbie S. Henderson Faircloth of Mt. Belvieu, father: Jorgen B. Boriths of Jacksonville, FL, brother: Josh McCreight and wife Holly of LaPorte, sister: Pernille Scavotto of CT, maternal grandparents: L.C. & Muriel Taylor of Old River, and numerous aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.
